ANDY WEBB DOES THE BRITS (Apr 18, 2007)

Dodgy
Gear snowboarder Andy Webb had an amazing time at the Brits
last month! The competition took place in Laax, Switzerland,
between 10-17 March.
The British Snowboard and Freeski Championships is the highest
ranking freestyle competition in the UK. Olympians and British
professional athletes compete for the prestigious British National
titles in Halfpipe, Boardercross, Slope Style and Big Air. He
finished 13th in the boardercross, 22nd in the pipe, 12th in
the slopestyle and is still waiting for confirmation on the
results for the big air.

Andy said he was “really happy with that and hopefully I will
be going again next year to do even better. I am now placed
403 on the TTR world tour ranking list which is unbelievable!!”
Since then Andy has been filming for the hungerpain dvd, which
is out in the autumn.
Andy
is going to do a write up of his time at the Brits for Dodgy
Gear. Read his article soon for a real insight into snowboarding
at the Brits.
